1. Refund Policy

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds for prepaid orders will be considered only in the event of a verified shipping error on our part (e.g., incorrect product delivered). All refund requests are subject to a strict internal verification process. No refunds will be provided for any other reasons.

  • COD Orders: Absolutely no refunds will be issued for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. For any valid issues with COD orders, only a replacement will be provided.

2. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement.

  • Once the order is processed or dispatched, no cancellation requests will be accepted.

  • To request a cancellation, email us at [junglejaggeryfarms@gmail.com ] with your Order ID within the 2-hour window.

  • For prepaid orders cancelled within this window, the refund will be processed to the original payment method (minus payment gateway charges).

3. Mandatory Unboxing Video Policy (Strict)

To claim a replacement for any damaged, broken, or incorrect product, a clear, continuous, and uncut unboxing video is mandatory.

  • The video must start from the unopened, sealed package, clearly showing the shipping label and tracking details.

  • The video must capture the entire unboxing process without any cuts, pauses, or edits.

  • Failure to provide a valid unboxing video, or providing a video that appears tampered with or edited, will result in the immediate rejection of your claim. No exceptions will be made.

4. Replacement Process

If a damage or shipping error is verified through the mandatory unboxing video:

  • We will dispatch a replacement of the same product.

  • The customer is not required to return the damaged or incorrect item to us.

  • We strictly offer replacements only; under no circumstances will a refund be processed for broken or damaged items.

5. Allergy and Health Disclaimer

JJ Farms products are prepared in a facility that handles various natural ingredients. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own health and safety.

  • We are not liable for any allergic reactions, health issues, or adverse effects resulting from the consumption of our products.

  • It is the sole responsibility of the customer to verify the ingredient list prior to consumption. JJ Farms holds no legal or financial liability for any health-related claims.

6. Limitation of Liability

By placing an order, you agree that JJ Farms' total liability, under any legal theory, shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific product in question. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Finality of Orders

Once an order is confirmed and processed, it is considered a binding contract. No cancellations or modifications are permitted after the order has been dispatched.
